Return Policy

At iLoad, we follow Swedish consumer protection laws, giving customers the right to return their order within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

Conditions for Returns:

✔ The product must be unused and in its original condition.
✔ Packaging and seals must remain intact.
✔ The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return Process:

1. Notify us of your return request by emailing contact@iload.se.
2. Ship the item back within 14 days of notifying us.
3. The customer covers return shipping costs and is responsible for the product’s condition until it reaches us.

Refunds:

Once the return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
